Stretch
Most people stretch as an afterthought — a quick few minutes after a run or a class, if at all.
An assisted stretch session is something quite different.
Working with you one to one, I guide your body through a series of targeted stretches tailored specifically to you — focusing on the areas that are tight, restricted or causing discomfort.
It's a dedicated session for your body to release, reset and move more freely.
Whether you're an athlete looking to improve performance and recovery, or someone who simply wants to feel less stiff and move more easily through daily life, a stretch session can make a real difference.
Technique
Each session draws on a combination of techniques depending on what your body needs. PNF stretching — where you briefly contract a muscle before releasing into a deeper stretch — is one of the most effective methods for improving range of motion and is at the heart of what I do.
This is combined with static and dynamic stretching to warm the body, lengthen the muscles and improve mobility in a way that lasts beyond the session itself.

Dynamic & Static Stretches
Static stretching involves holding a stretch in a specific position for a period, aiming to lengthen the muscles, help relax the muscles and improve flexibility over time.
Dynamic stretching involves active movements that stretch the muscles to their full range of motion without holding the position, preparing the muscles for activity by increasing blood flow and mobility, warming up the body, and improving performance.
