What is Pilates

Pilates is much more than a workout. It's a method that changes how you move and how your body feels — in the studio and outside of it.

It builds real strength, improves flexibility and balance, and develops a body awareness that makes everything else you do feel easier — whether that's running, cycling, golf or just getting through a busy day with ease.

From elite athletes to weekend runners, it's become the training method people turn to and it's just as valuable if you're recovering from injury, living with a condition, or picking up exercise for the first time.

Regardless of age, fitness level or experience, Pilates is for everyone.

Reformer Pilates

The Reformer is one of the most effective pieces of equipment in Pilates .

The adjustable spring resistance adds a unique challenge to your muscles, working the whole body while easing aches and pains in muscles and joints, improving alignment and building flexibility that carries through into everyday life.

Because the springs can be adjusted, sessions can be tailored to suit you completely — whether you're new to Pilates, returning from injury or already very active.

Matwork Pilates

Matwork Pilates is Pilates in its purest form — using your own bodyweight alongside carefully selected props to challenge the whole body, build strength and improve both stability and flexibility.

Sessions are structured to work for all fitness levels and abilities. Whether you are new to Pilates or more experienced, each session can be adapted to ensure you are always working at the right level for you.
