Before retraining as a Pilates instructor, I spent years working in Finance in the City of London. In 2007, I qualified under Michael King (see 1977) at the Pilates Institute — one of the most respected names in the industry.

Over nearly twenty years of teaching, I've worked across a range of settings, including ten years at a physiotherapy clinic in Sevenoaks, Kent, where I developed and ran a programme of Matwork and Reformer Pilates alongside Rehabilitation Massage. Over time, the programme expanded to fill two studios within the clinic, running 55 classes a week.

 

In 2024, I made the move back home to St Andrews — and with it, the opportunity to open my own studio and bring everything I'd learnt over the years into one place.

I bring warmth, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for results to every session — taking time to understand not just what happens in the studio, but how movement fits into your everyday life, because that's where lasting change comes from.

 

I offer private Matwork and Reformer Pilates sessions, semi-private Reformer sessions and small group Matwork classes, each complementing the other to build flexibility, strength and body alignment that makes a real, functional difference.

My massage training goes beyond sports massage — qualifying in Soft Tissue Therapy at a high clinical level at the London School of Sports Massage, Regent's University in 2015 gave me a strong clinical foundation that underpins everything I do.

My aim is to treat both minor and chronic injuries — whatever their cause — and get to the root of why they're happening in the first place. It's not just about fixing the problem in front of me, but helping you stay out of pain long term.

I have recently introduced assisted stretch sessions to the studio — a dedicated service designed to complement both training and general wellbeing. Whether you are highly active and looking to improve performance and recovery, or simply want to move more freely and feel better day to day, a stretch session could be exactly what your body needs.
