Service Description

Starting February 2026 The Den will be offering stretch sessions that are great for improving your range of motion and flexibility, while also loosening tight muscles and easing stiff joints.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will be fully refunded. Thereafter, your booked session is transferrable only. Appointments cancelled 24 hours before a session will be charged in full. ​ Packages are non-refundable once purchased. A session credit will be applied to appointment changes only.
